Lloret Festivals & Events is an advisory service for event organisers. Its main functions are:

Services for the organizers

Assisting organisers Our goal is to facilitate the work of organisers as much as possible and to promote the holding of events in  Lloret de Mar to the full.

Advising on public & private venues Organisers are provided with images and details of a large number of special venues for the purpose of drawing up a shortlist.

Technical visits Technical visits are organised for the proposal or selection of a venue.

Information on services and suppliers We provide logistics advice and contact details of local suppliers and municipal services.

  • We offer you extensive knowledge of the territory and all the material you need for the presentation of your candidature.

Pack Festivals and Events

The Lloret Convention Bureau welcomes promoters and organisers of festivals/events with the following services:

  • Loan of public place or natural setting in Lloret de Mar
  • Loan of 10 m x 10 m stage
  • Loan of chairs for audience
  • Loan of municipal electricity connection for audiovisual and public address equipment
  • Loan of two marquees for use as dressing rooms (they do not contain electrical connections or fresh water)
  • Free gift: participation diplomas and plaques with the name of the festival/event for each participant/group
  • Municipal representation at the opening or presentation of trophies/diplomas during the closure
  • Joint letter of invitation with the organiser
  • Publicity for the event via municipal communication channels: paper and online agenda of activities, street pole signs, social networks, etc.

Lloret de Mar offers its visitors an extensive offer of facilities in different municipal spaces to carry out congresses, conventions, exhibitions, corporate events and business meetings on the Costa Brava.

Municipal Services

Lloret de Mar Town Council, Lloret Turisme and the Lloret Convention Bureau are on hand to provide festival and event organisers and promoters with the advice and assistance that they require in order to ensure the success of their events.
